Why did you start Chai Guys?

Chai Guys was created to show the world the art of Chai. From the ingredients, to the brewing process and how the Chai is served, nobody was doing this properly in the Western World. Chai Guys was created to showcase this art and challenge coffee as a go-to drink for the people of the world.

Where are your locations?

We currently have four locations across London, but we're always on the look out for more! Currently, you can visit us in Seven Dials Market, Spitalfields Market, Canary Wharf and Notting Hill.

 
 

Tell us more about your Chai!

Where do you source your tea from?

Thanks for asking! Our black tea comes from a family run estate in the hills of Assam, India. They are our friends and we’ve all hung out together in London and Assam. Our green tea comes from the mountains of Darjeeling. Also our friends, but we hang out less.

Where do you source your spices?

Like our tea, we try and source our spices directly from independently owned farms. Our spices are mostly single origin and come from around this world. We are always looking for the highest quality and best tasting spices to give you incredible taste sensations.

What’s the difference between Masala and Kadak Chai?

Masala Chai is more spiced with a gentle ginger burn. Kadak Chai is more creamy and sweet.

How much sugar is in your Chai?

Our Chai products on our website have no added sugar. In-store, we add a little brown sugar per Chai to bring out the flavour in the spices. Masala Chai has the least amount of sugar at around 7g per 8oz cup. Kadak has the most at 11g per 8oz cup. That’s much less than a Chai Latte which averages over 20g per cup!

Shipping

How long will my parcel take to arrive?

UK orders: We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days and shipping takes between 1-3 days. You can do the maths!Rest of the world: Orders are dispatched between 2-4 working days. Your parcel may take up to 5 days once dispatched to arrive. Some international orders may take slightly longer such as orders to Australia or Japan.

My parcel hasn’t arrived yet, what do I do?
